Day 5 / Legs & Back: My legs are my weakest muscles, and beyond that, what little strength I do have is pretty seriously imbalanced. One-legged squat type exercises were very difficult to do.
Every exercise was done to failure, very few with weights. For calf raises, increase to 20 lb dumbbells in each hand for next time.

Oh, forgot abs – previously, I found I was burning out early. Tonight, I did every exercise in the ab workout, but just 12 reps instead of the expected 25. Next time: 15 of each.
